Hi, I'm Laura!

Momma.      Educator.      Passionate.      Connected.

I am a mom, a business owner, and someone who understands how overwhelming parenting can be. Like many parents, I set out to raise my kids with love and patience, only to realize that my own inner work was essential to breaking the cycles I promised myself I would end. The triggers, the overstimulation, and the moments that made me feel like I was failing were impossible to ignore. That was when I made a conscious decision to stop just surviving parenthood and begin transforming through it.

I committed to healing my nervous system, rewiring limiting beliefs, and shifting how I showed up so I could parent from connection instead of reaction. Through that process, I discovered something powerful. Manifestation does not begin with wishful thinking. It begins with inner healing. When we do the deep work, we do not just change how we parent. We change the entire parenting experience we are living inside of, attracting more calm, clarity, and emotional safety for ourselves and our children.

That is why I created The Triggered Momma. Through trauma informed coaching, self paced courses, and supportive community, I help parents heal triggers, regulate their nervous system, and parent with greater intention and alignment. This work is not about being perfect. It is about being present, breaking generational cycles, reclaiming your peace, and building the parent child connection you truly desire. Parenting is hard, but you do not have to do it alone.
