Meet The Triggered Momma:

That picture is me in my prime—figuring out life with two under two!

I’m a mom, a business owner, and someone who knows firsthand how overwhelming parenting can be. Like many, I set out to raise my kids with love and patience, only to realize that my own inner work was the key to breaking the cycles I swore I’d end. The triggers, the overstimulation, the moments that made me feel like I was failing—it all hit me hard.

That’s when I made a choice: I wasn’t just going to survive parenthood—I was going to transform through it.

I dove deep into healing my nervous system, rewiring limiting beliefs, and shifting my energy to parent from a place of connection instead of reaction. And as I did, I realized something powerful: manifestation doesn’t start with wishful thinking—it starts with inner healing.
 

When we do the deep work, we don’t just change how we parent—we attract a calmer, more fulfilling parenting experience. Now, I help other parents do the same, so they can stop feeling stuck and start creating the parent-child connection they truly desire.
